Observant is the independent weekly magazine of Maastricht University. Started in 1975 as a monthly magazine under the name 'Maffius', since 1980 the name was changed to Observant. Observant itself has a digital archive as of March 2009. The University Library has digitized the missing old volumes - 60 issues of Maffius and 945 Observants.
